Cross & Prior have been acting on behalf and for the best interests of our landlords for over 100 years.     service options where we can be involved as much or as little as you wish - either

    Let Only Service     Rent Collection Service
 
        

    Finding the right tenant is the most important aspect when
    letting your property, therefore Cross & Prior’s Let Only
    service is designed to provide everything you need prior
    to us moving your fully referenced tenant into the property 
    and then it is  over to you. However we are always on hand
    to offer professional advice if required.

    If you are a more experienced landlord, and live locally who
    enjoys the responsibility of handling the day to day running
    of your property, and have the time and resources to deal
    with maintenance issues that arise during the tenancy, then
    this service is the ideal option for you.

 
       

    In addition to our Let Only service, Cross & Prior offer an
    efficient Rent Collection option, which is best suited for
    landlords who prefer to look after the general day to day
    management and maintenance of the property, but want to
    avoid the sometimes awkward financial side, and have a
    professional approach to collecting the rent.

    This service gives you piece of mind in knowing that we not
    only will secure a quality tenant for your property, but we
    also have thorough systems and processes in place to
    monitor the rental payments closely, which we will account
    to you on a monthly and timely basis.

   signing a tenancy agreement.
